Day 1: Pakse Arrival & Bolaven Plateau Discovery
Arrive at Pakse Airport, your gateway to Southern Laos. Venture onto the scenic roads winding up to the Bolaven Plateau, renowned for its cool climate and lush landscapes. Explore coffee plantations, savoring the flavors of quality tea and coffee amidst the serene surroundings. Take in the beauty of Tad Fane and Tad Yeuang Waterfalls, nestled in verdant jungles, offering picturesque vistas for memorable snapshots.
Day 2: Wat Phou Exploration - Done Khong
After breakfast, delve into the captivating ruins of Wat Phu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, revealing ancient Hindu architectural marvels. Journey through the scenic route to Done Khong, the largest island in the "Si Phan Don" archipelago, offering a gateway to explore nearby attractions.
Day 3: 4000 Islands Discovery
Embark on a tranquil Mekong River cruise, soaking in the serene ambiance of Four Thousand Islands. Sail past fisherman villages, reaching Done Khone to witness historical landmarks like the old French locomotive and railway bridge. Admire the breathtaking Liphi Waterfalls before cruising back to Don Khong Island.
Day 4: Khone Phapheng & Phou Asa Mountain
Visit the majestic Khone Phapheng Waterfalls, marveling at its grandeur and power. Explore Ban Khiet Ngong village in the Xe Pian National Protected Area, home to diverse wildlife.
