Mark your Dubai stay in this Premium apartment in the greater Burj area of Business Bay. Sat ten minutes from the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Design District, it’s only a twelve-minute drive to Dubai’s newest attraction The Museum of The Future and fifteen minutes to the Dubai Frame. This property offers Great location in the Downtown Dubai area with views overlooking Dubai creek.
The apartment is fitted with one bedroom, one bathroom and one guest toilet. The living space is featuring a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area to seat four comfortably. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the necessary appliances for a seamless stay including a coffee machine for bright and bountiful mornings.
Accommodation
The master bedroom features a King size bed footed by mirrored vanity alongside a floor to ceiling window allowing for lots of natural light to fill the space. Guests will delight in the premium bedding and accompanying bedside tables with lamp lighting. This room also has an en suite bathroom containing a fitted tub with shower facilities and ample space for all your toiletries.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

Or, head into the cool community of D3 – Dubai Design District, a creative ecosystem that forges the inspiring, authentic, and relevant ideas shaping Dubai’s future as a leading destination of design, art, and culture, represented in artists studio’s showrooms and eateries with plenty to see and do.
Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences, Dubai style. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes and for the more adventurous traveller, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
