This contemporary stunning apartment reflects luxury modern living with large windows allowing for natural light to flow through the living space and sitting adjacent to one of Dubai’s most trailblazing attractions, the palm-tree sculpted archipelago of the world-famous Dubai Palm. Take an evening walk along the peaceful Dubai harbour while watching the amazing light features the Ain Dubai has to offer, or head to the exciting streets of JBR with just a short 10-minute taxi drive.
The living space of this three-bedroom apartment has fabulous furnishings and fittings to include a large L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, modern art, a TV and access to the balcony. There is a stunning dining table with comfortable seating to accommodate for up to eight guests with large windows allowing for amazing views while enjoying meals. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the necessary appliances including a coffee machine for a seamless stay and those special extras of high-quality cabinetry and granite worktops that adds to it’s established air of elegance.
Accommodation
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with premium bedding, side-tables, and lamp lighting with fitted wardrobes for your convenience and a large flatscreen TV. The room also has access to its own balcony. The en suite bathroom contains a large walk-in shower alongside his and her sinks.
The second bedroom is also furnished to an exceptionally high standard featuring modern art, a king-size bed, premium bedding, side-tables, and fitted wardrobes, along with a flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed with premium bedding and direct access to the balcony. The room comes with fitted wardrobes and a flatscreen TV.
There is a shared bathroom which includes a Bathtub and shower, along with a large mirror. There is also a guest toilet just off the living area.
This apartment also comes equipped with a maid’s room with an en suite bathroom.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighborhood
The Emaar beach front is one of Dubai’s newest real-estate locations with luxury apartments and amazing views. It is located next to the Dubai Harbour where you can book an evening dinner boat ride or simply just take a relaxing evening walk and watch the amazing sunset this area has to offer.
Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.
There are many Beach clubs located nearby and the famous JBR beach is just a short taxi drive away. For transport RTA taxies are at a-plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
